This is our standard terms and conditions. Please remember that these terms and conditions can change without notice.
- Adequate lighting, water, electricity and ablution facilities must be supplied by the customer, free of charge, to Techno Concrete Floors.
- All Testing of concrete is for the customers account.
- Trafficking of any floor panel after construction will be allowed as follows:
- Foot Traffic = 2 days
- Scaffolding (mobile aluminum scaffolding and static steel Scaffolding) = 7 days
- Mobile steel scaffolding, small forklifts to errect racking, Light vehicle traffic, i.e bakkies and trailers =14 days
- Heavy traffic, i.e trucks, reach trucks, scissor lifts, teleporters = 28 Days
- Should the above not be complied with, any joint damage as a result of traffic, will be for the clients account.
- We as Techno Concrete Floors cannot guarantee level tolerances on decks, even though we will do our utmost to ensure the highest possible standard is achieved. This is due to formwork and reinforcing not being in our control.
- When overtime does occur due to lack of service or break downs from your concrete supplier we will request from the contractor to pay all overtime cost.
- Techno Concrete Floors has a tariff based on a minimum of 300m² per day unless otherwise arranged with the client the normal charge will still be 300m² for the days work.
- Payment is strictly on completion.
- Quotes are only valid for a period of 30 days only.
